Casaval Personal Training, LLC (“Casaval,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates casavalpt.com and provides online and in-person training and coaching services.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide when you contact us, subscribe to emails, purchase a program, complete onboarding, or participate in coaching. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Your training goals, experience, schedule, available equipment, and other information you provide in an intake form or conversation.

  • Health, injury, or other information you choose to share that may be relevant to your training.

  • Workout details, activity data, and comments you provide through TrainingPeaks or other communications.

  • Payment and transaction information, such as the service purchased and payment status.

  • Messages, signed waivers, and appointment information.

Our website and its service providers may also collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions with the site, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use information to:

  • Respond to questions and communicate with you.

  • Process enrollment and provide training programs and coaching.

  • Understand your goals and circumstances and provide the support included in your service.

  • Arrange appointments and manage payments and business records.

  • Send newsletters and marketing emails when you subscribe or otherwise permit us to contact you.

  • Maintain, understand, and improve our website and services.

  • Meet legal obligations and address security or operational issues.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send service-related messages about your enrollment or coaching.

Health and training information

You may share information about your health, injuries, or training history so Dane can better understand your circumstances and discuss appropriate training adjustments. Please share only what you are comfortable providing and what is relevant to your training.

We use this information to provide and manage your services. We do not use it in marketing materials without your permission.

Service providers and sharing

We use third-party services to operate our business and deliver services. Depending on the service you use, these may include:

  • Squarespace for our website, forms, and email campaigns.

  • TrainingPeaks for training plans, workout tracking, and coaching.

  • Stripe for payment processing.

  • Google for email, documents, and information storage.

  • Calendly for scheduling.

  • SignRequest for electronic waivers.

  • Zoom for coaching calls and group meetings.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and the services they provide. You may interact directly with some of them, such as when you create a TrainingPeaks account or use a payment page.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate our business and provide services, or when required by law.

Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe, TrainingPeaks, or another payment provider identified at checkout. Casaval does not receive or store your full payment card number through these payment services. The payment provider handles your payment information according to its own policies.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support its operation and understand how visitors use it. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

Where a cookie or consent banner is available, you can use it to manage the choices presented to you.
